Lime-in-the-Coconut Popsicles
These are an unexpectedly fresh (and hydrating) dessert after a spicy meal. (Or a run in the hot sun!) We recommend using our Sport Hydration with Lemons + Limes flavor!
Lime-in-the-Coconut Popsicles
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup almond milk, or other alternative milk
1 ripe banana
1 single serving of Sport Hydration Mix with Lemons + Limes
Juice of 1/2 lime + lime zest (to taste)
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. You ought to have 24 oz of liquid, but if you don't, add a bit more milk, coconut milk or banana. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and allow to freeze for 8 hours until firm. Enjoy!
