Ingredients: 
4 cups uncooked sticky rice such as calrose or sushi rice
6 cups water
2 tbsp tajin + add more to taste
1/2 cup dried mango, chopped

Secret Sauce:
3/4 cup liquid aminos
1 tbsp Skratch Salted Margarita Everyday Drink Mix
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions:
Begin by rinsing the rice until the water runs clear. Combine the rice and water and cook according to your preferred method.

While the rice cooks, prepare the secret sauce. In a medium bowl, combine liquid aminos, olive oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup and Skratch Salted Margarita Everyday Drink Mix. 

Once the rice is done cooking, pour in the sauce mixture and mix until well combined. It's important to combine the sauce while the rice is warm for optimal absorption. 

Add in the tajin seasoning and chopped dried mango, mix until well combined. 

Allow the rice to cool before transferring it to a sheet pan. Press the rice into the pan, making sure it's tight and compact. Let the rice sit for 3-5 minutes. 

Once the mixture has set, cut five rows and five columns into the sheet of rice, creating 25 individual rice squares.
