I bought this to fuel for giving birth particularly, but I ended up using it frequently towards the end of pregnancy. It helped me avoid migraines and keep up my energy on long days. I drank it during early labor, but towards the end, only wanted plain water. These electrolytes are also great for nursing!

Most of these drinks are so sweet and fruity. The lime cucumber absolutely hiiiiiiits when you've already had so much of fruity sweet stuff during ultra-efforts. Would love to see that in regular rotation! In the meantime, I better buy more apple cider because that one is delish! Had a thermos of it for an overnight effort and it enlivened me!

This is truly the only electrolyte drink I swear by. As a long time athlete, nutrition and hydration was often overlooked in my training program. As a former NCAA DI player I wish I had Skratch throughout my collegiate career. Since getting into Triathlon (post college), the days of skipping meals and getting by on water & the big G drink were unsustainable. I have used skratch to power all my intense interval workouts to the long hours spent on the bike. It’s my go to fuel source during all my races and has sustained me from sprint tris to my Half Ironman. Skratch helps me get in the calories & nutrients I need when my stomach is just shut down for real food during intense exercise. I’ve been able to convince long time triathletes to make the switch from G-branded drinks to skratch and they’ve seen a huge improvement in no Bonking as well as recovery post activity.
