Chocolate Recovery

I always have a chocolate recovery shake waiting for me after a long trail run. I have found for me it mixes well and quickly. No chocky or weird aftertaste.

The chocolate vegan recover mix is delicious! I follow a generally lower FODMAP diet, and the amount of pea protein in this mix hasn't aggravated my stomach at all.

Perfect for my pre- and post-workouts alike!

I'm a Type-1 Insulin dependent diabetic with a CGM and pump delivery system who has had trouble in the past dialing in exact ratios of Carbs : Proteins during my workout, but this has been a godsend for carbs boosts on my pre-workout. I do really wish Skratch had protein powder options for more sustained energy release, as I've had to resort to GNC protein mixed in for higher-intensity workouts.

Best post workout mix

After a long run this mix works great so you can either recover better by refilling your glycogen stores or even works intra-workout to give you a boost without the upset stomach. I really like the horchata mix!
