I love having the recovery drink after a good mountain bike ride. I mix with coconut water and what a huge difference I feel after the drink vs not. When your body is over heated and you feel that pulsing feeling when everything is trying to come back down to normal, after downing 16oz of this, that recovery your body goes through is quick!
