Skratch Recovery Oats

Oatmeal is a staple in Skratch food arsenal, great for pre or post ride we decided why not level it up by adding a scoop of Skratch Recovery to it. Sport Recovery Drink Mix is designed to rapidly refuel, rehydrate, and rebuild you when you’re completely empty after your longest and hardest workouts.
Quick Oats
1.5 cups of water
1/2 cup of quick oats
Cooked to package instructions and during the "let sit phase" add a scoop of Skratch Recovery or Vegan Recovery
Fresh Oatmeal
In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water with a dash of salt to a low boil. Add 1 cup
old-fashioned rolled oats and cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Add 1⁄2 cup
of water mixed with Skratch Recovery and return to a low boil. (Add more to reach your preferred consistency.) Flavor
to your liking. Remove the pan from the heat.
Let rest 10–15 minutes.
Optional add in ideas: Crumbled Skratch Anytime Energy Bar, banana, chopped nuts, dried fruit, shredded coconut, get creative, mix and match toppings of your choosing.
