This is now my go-to post run recovery drink. It's got the right amount of protein. It mixes well. And it tastes amazing. I've only tried the chocolate so far - but I highly recommend if you're looking to help speed along the recovery process.

The taste is so, so good! Love some cold milk + Chocolate Recovery Mix after a hard effort. It hits the spot, and the nutritional benefits are delivered deliciously! Also good mixed with warm milk in the cold months.

Love this in a pinch for post-workout or post-race recovery. Easy to throw in a bag and mix with a water bottle on-the-go. Only tried chocolate so far but excited to give the other flavors a try.

Skratch Vegan Chocolate recovery mix is my go to for training. The taste is fantastic & since I don’t do dairy the vegan mix is easy on my stomach. It works great for me when mixed with Oatmilk. If I want a little extra nutrition I put the Vegan Chocolate mix in a blender with bananas & ice along with oat milk.

I have been using the strawberry and cream for a while now and I must say it is very tasty. One glass is all you need.

Love the Recovery drink! Hit's the spot perfect to get my recovery started and keeps me from stuffing my face with whatever is available. I have the time and discipline to make something healthy when I drink the Recovery.

I used to be more of a chocolate milk recovery guy, but use Skratch a lot now. I have used both Chocolate and Horchata, and love both flavors. The only downside is that sometimes it is hard to dissolve. I think I'll try a larger container next time.

Does work well though. Just wish it had more protein.
